My husband had contacted Shawn Cook a year ago June when he took a new job in North Carolina. Shawn was prompt in coming to our home to provide an estimate and patient in waiting for our move to take place in April. He kept in contact with us monthly, never pressuring us into a commitment, and earned our trust through his dependability which was evident in his regular follow ups. He was professional, helpful, and dependable, and we would highly recommend him and his team.
